No, we do not hire any sub-contractors or temporary labor positions. All of our workers are employed Full-Time and undergo an application/screening process prior to being hired.

Typically, there is some bad wood or damages on the roof. If we encounter this we will replace the wood with CDX exterior grade plywood and fasten it properly.  Any other damages such as fascia board, soffit, trusses etc.  will be dealt with as we encounter them.

Bowles Roofing offers a 5 year Full-Warranty on all Re-Roofs. If a leak occurs within 5 years of the date we put the roof on, you can call us and we will repair it free of charge.

We have many sizes of skylights readily available and can present you with a variety of choices. There is no better time to install a skylight or replace one. There are myths that skylights will always cause leaks, this is untrue. When using a quality skylight properly installed, it will last you many years.

Cleanliness of the property is a top priority of us here at Bowles Roofing!  At the end of each work day we will circle your yard and trash any remaining debris or nails lying around. Your yard will look like nothing ever happened once we are finished.

This is a self-adhering rubber membrane which will not allow any water to get underneath it or soak through it. When nails penetrate through the Ice & Water shield they are self- sealed by the rubber membrane.  We use Ice & Water Shield in all valleys and penetrations.

Flashings are the most effective way to prevent leaks in trouble areas on roofs. This is common with: chimneys, skylights, boots, walls and more. Typically, Bowles roofing will replace any damaged flashing that is on your roof for brand new undamaged flashing.

Each manufacturer’s warranty is a little bit different. Depending on what manufacturer you decide to go with we will inform you on their available warranties.
